Joomla! Simple RSS module was inspired by an older RSS PHP class. It is small and simple but nice PHP class, so I've just added some additional styling and module parameters. What does it do? It simply reads certain RSS feed and makes a small content field in a given module position. Module is using its own css, so you can present feed articles in a way which is best fitting your needs.

MSN Weather for golfers module is a hack of a standard MSN Weather. It retrieves data from a MSN Weather service, but from golfers page, not focal weather.. Data output is nicely formatted in a module table. It can be configured for many different cities, even in different countries. You can make worldwide weather report. Additionally, click on a particular city link, opens detailed MSN page with 10-day weather forecast for golfers, for a certain city, or golf terrain location.

Joomla! Slideshow module was inspired by several small but beautiful javascript galleries and slideshows. Module is in beta version, so not all planned functions are programmed yet. This is very simple module, doing just what is made for - showing day/month/year and time. It also outputs the day in the week. It is configurable, you just need to edit 2 lines in a .js file with text editor and insert names of days in your own language. Keep in mind, the file has to be encoded properly.
